ICC Board Supports New Paltz Resolution Against Common Core, APPR and Testing

(Dec. 8, 2015) At its meeting on Dec. 1, the Ichabod Crane Central School District Board of Education passed a motion in strong support of a resolution by the New Paltz Board of Education which expresses concerns over Common Core and testing.

In a letter that will be sent from the Ichabod Crane School Board to the Governor, Commissioner Elia, the Board of Regents and the Legislature, the board members say, “We must insure that the programs and curriculum supplied to our children, which will determine the future of our nation, are pedagogically correct.”
