Ichabod Crane Recognizes AP Scholars


(Dec. 14, 2016) Ichabod Crane High School is pleased to announce the students who have been recognized by the CollegeBoard as 2016 AP Scholars. This distinction is based on their outstanding academic performance on Advanced Placement Exams.

Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding accomplishment:

The AP Scholar award is granted to those students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams: John Baumbach (Ichabod Crane graduate), Chloe Chandler (grade 12), Alexis Hoffmann (grade 12), Alexander Mangione-Smith (Ichabod Crane graduate), Alex Perry (grade 12), Evelyn Sarno (grade 12), Ethan Schneider (grade 12), Isabelle Tennier (grade 12).

The AP Scholar with Honor award is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. All of the following students are Ichabod Crane graduates: Maria Carlucci, Eric Downing, Jared Frick, Arianna Lopez, Jackson Schuck, Jillian Smollar and Nolan Wolfe.

The AP Scholar with Distinction award is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five of more of these exams: Donald Rothwein (Ichabod Crane graduate).
