ICC Student Artwork Goes to D.C.

Student artwork goes to D.C.

(Dec. 1, 2016) Matt Sheehey from Congressman Gibson’s office had requested an ICC student artwork for an exhibit in Washington to represent our district. He suggested "something that pays tribute to the beauty of our region.” The Art Department chose a watercolor of a landscape inspired by Hudson River School that 7th grade student Shannon Ingham created in Jessica Mascolo’s art class.┬áThe painting was framed and Mrs. Marotta brought it with her on the DC Club trip (Nov. 29-Dec. 1) to deliver it to Congressman Gibson.
